Overview:

• Sheet metal fabrication:  DA Moore can handle materials up to 1/4″ thick x 10′ long.  We work with numerous grades of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum on a daily basis.  We stock most standard sheet stock sizes up to 1/4″ thick.  We can handle heavier gauge sheet stock for certain applications.  We can laser cut 1″ steel, 1/2″ stainless, and 3/8″ aluminum.
• Structural Fabrication:  Our fab shop is capable fabricating numerous types of structural steel and assemblies both large and small.  (Frames, tables, brackets, production parts, etc).
• Ductwork:  DA Moore produces virtually every type of duct imaginable from approx 6″ diameter and up.  See our duct page for more information on industrial duct capabilites and applications.
• Assembly:  DA Moore performs light assembly as a “value add” process for several of our customers.
• Part finishing:  We offer powder coating, painting, e-coating, and anodizing via multiple outside sources/partners.
• Welding: Our welding department is fully staffed and equipped to handle most applications for mild steel, stainless, and aluminum (mig and tig processes) as well as spot welding.
• Machining: While we do not offer CNC machining in house, we have several  proven outside sources that we use routinely.
